We founded Deep Jungle with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding, and enjoyable shopping experience. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us to learn more.
DELIVERY AND RETURNS
UK postage is a flat fee of £2.95 or you can qualify for free delivery when you order over £50. We dispatch all our orders as soon as possible, usually within 24-48 hours, using Royal mail 2nd class standard delivery. The estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days from date of purchase (this is an estimated time only and delivery may take longer). We currently only ship orders to the UK.
Please take into consideration weekends, bank holidays and postal delays when waiting for your order. If you have any further questions about our delivery process, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
