OUR RETURN POLICY

We aim to provide high quality products and a friendly, reliable service. If you have a problem with your order or have simply changed your mind please contact us. let us know as many details about your order as possible and if you require a replacement or a refund.

In the event you are unhappy with the product, or you have changed your mind, you may return new and unused products within thirty days of the expected delivery date for a full refund of the cost of the goods only. Buyer is responsible for any and all return postage costs. Please return products with appropriate packaging, including any and all original packaging where possible. We would advise that you get proof of postage just in case your parcel goes astray.

Please note we are unable to accept any returns of opened, used or damaged items. All products must be returned in their original condition.

We sell a range of natural products (stone, crystal, wood etc), These may contain natural blemishes, cracks, uneven surfaces or colouration. These natural blemishes are not classed as damage and if you are unhappy with the natural material you may return it for a refund to the item value only. We will not refund, reimburse or provide any postage or packaging costs for the return of these items.

Faulty, defective or wrongly delivered goods will be replaced or fully refunded, including the original and return postage costs. This is only as long as the fault is not due to misuse, use against the manufacturer's recommendations or reasonable wear and tear.
